This Privacy Policy explains how Matt Chabal, a real estate salesperson licensed in Virginia and affiliated with Real Broker, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses and shares information through chabalrealestate.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site, such as the home value request or the contact form, we collect what you enter. This may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, what you are interested in (buying, selling or other) and any message you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Tag Manager and related analytics services, to understand how visitors use the Site. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, how long you stayed and the site that referred you.

How we use your information

To respond to your request, such as preparing a home value estimate or answering a question
To contact you by phone, text message or email about your real estate needs
To provide real estate services and keep records required of licensees and their brokerage
To understand and improve the Site
To comply with law and the policies of our brokerage

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Real Broker, LLC, the brokerage that supervises our real estate activity, as required by Virginia law and brokerage policy
Service providers who help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, form handling, analytics and email or scheduling tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Other parties involved in your transaction, such as a lender, title company or attorney, only when you ask us to or it is needed to complete your transaction
Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights

Text messaging. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your choices

Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as well without them.
Access or deletion: you may ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records as required by law or our brokerage.

The Site links to other websites, such as Google, Calendly and social media. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online transmission is completely secure.
